摘要 对北京市限制使用电动自行车的决定阐述了个人的意见;介绍了回收废旧铅蓄电池的重要性、必要性和可能性;认为电动车废旧铅蓄电池造成的污染可以通过回收解决;还对电动自行车的交通安全和北京市的交通规则发表了看法。 The personal points of views on interdicting electric bicycle by Bejing City Government were described in this paper;The importance,necessity and possibility of recuperating wasted lead-acid batteries were discussed;It was believed that the pollutions caused by wasted batteries may be solved by establishing plants for recuperations.Some suggestions about electric bicycle communication safety and city planning of Beijing were introduced too.
