摘要
介绍了采用LiCH3COO·2H2O、Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O、Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O为原料,通过均匀沉淀法合成锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.7Co0.3O2;X-射线衍射分析表明,所得材料为层状结构的单一固溶体相。电化学性能研究表明,在750℃烧结20小时所制得的试样,首次充放电容量分别达到197.26mAh/g和148.02mAh/g,且循环性能优良。
LiCH3COO·2H2O,Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O,Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O were used to synthesis lithium ion battery cathode material LiNi0.7Co0.3O2 by homogeneous precipitation.X ray diffraction analysis indicated that the materials prepared were single solid solution with layered structure.Electrochemical performances research indicated that the sample calcinated under 750℃ for 20 hours had the initial charge/discharge capacity of 197.26mAh/g and 148.02mAh/g respectively.And good cycling performance was obtained.
