提高R03P电池一次合格率的探讨

Discussion on improving the qualification rate of R03P battery for the first time

通过观察生产过程及对不合格电池解剖分析,总结了R03P电池生产过程中一次合格率低的主要原因,即低电压、低电流、外观不合格及电芯粉表观湿度大,并逐一进行了分析。提出了相应的改进措施,生产实践表明所采用的措施有明显效果。

Based on observation of production process and anatomizing the unqualified batteries,the main reasons for the low qualification rate in procedue for R03P batteries were summarized.They were low voltage,low current,defective appearance and the great apparent humidity for positive electrocle powder and so on.These reasons were analyzed in this paper.The relative measures were proposed at the same time.It was proved from the production process that the used measures had obvious effects.
