基于分段技术的高性能数模转换器设计

摘要 在数字模拟混合电路系统中 ,数模转换器是不可缺少的关键电子元器件。当前 ,为了适应计算机、通讯和多媒体技术的飞速发展以及高新技术领域数字化进程的不断加快 ,数模转换器在工艺、结构和性能上都有了很大的变化 ,正朝着低功耗、高速度和高分辨率的方向发展。结合基于分段技术的数模转化器的设计 ,着重讨论了电路分段对于消除毛刺的作用。 High-speed high-resolution DA converters are essential blocks in all kinds of mixed signal systems. Because of the development of technique of computer science, telecommunication and multimedia, the DA converters change rapidly in technique, construction and performance. The aim is low power dissipation, high speed and high resolution. This paper addresses using segment structure to improve the glitch performance based on the design issue of a 14bit segment DA converter.
