A New Method of Software Development--Process Patterns

目前 ,软件开发的复杂性不断提高 ,过程模式为减少软件开发过程中的复杂性提供了一个很好的工具 ,为给定的任务提供了一个结构化的方法。文中首先阐明了过程、模式 ,以及过程模式的定义 ,接着描述了过程模式的 3种类型 :任务过程模式 ,步骤过程模式 ,阶段过程模式。过程模式是实践验证的软件开发方法 ,软件开发机构可用它来提高软件的质量。

Process patterns are reusable building blocks from which software organization can tailor a mature software process. In this paper three types of process patterns such as task process patterns which describe the detailed steps for a specific task, stage process patterns which describe a series of iterative tasks, and phase process patterns which describe a collection of iterative stages, are all described. Process patterns are proven approaches for developing software, which can be used by your organization to increase the quality, maintainability, and extensibility of software.
