输送机链轮焊接工艺研究

摘要 煤矿用刮板输送机的链轮由链轮体和滚筒两部分焊接而成,其材质为低合金中碳调质钢35CrMo,焊接性差,且链轮结构的拘束度大,通过焊接性分析,并根据现场施工条件,采用了焊条电弧焊和CO2气体保护焊相结合的焊接方法,解决了链轮焊接难点。 The chain wheel which is used on conveyer is composed of wheel body and rotary drum welded together,is made of medium carbon low alloy quenched and tempered steel which is lack of good welding characteristics and difficult to weld based on its structure.By the analysis of welding property and the work site condition ,the electric-arc welding combined with Co2 gas shielded arc welding are adopted,which solve the difficult problem.
