摘要
针对某电厂锅炉排烟温度较高,通过分析和热力计算,采用传热交流较高的螺旋肋片管省煤器改造方案,使改造后锅炉排烟温度下降约32℃,锅炉热效率提高1.6%。
Through analyses and thermal calculations,discovers that the problem of too high exhaust flue gas temperature in some utility boilers can be resolved by means of adopting spiral tube economizer which enjoys high thermal heat transfer efficiency.After practice of this in a power station,the exhaust boiler flue gas temperature has been reduced by 32℃,and boiler thermal efficiency promoted by 1.6%.
