摘要 在全面分析分型面自动设计方法的基础上 ,提出了基于事例推理的注塑模分型面设计方法 ,给出了基于事例推理的分型面设计总体框架。运用特征造型技术进行塑件三维建模 ,以主形状特征为索引构建了含有分型面信息的塑件事例知识库。采用正向推理策略与相似性求解相结合的方法 ,实现了模具分型面的自动推理设计 ,给出了分型面位置设计的推理方法与流程 。 On the basis of comprehensive analyses about the automatic design of injection mold parting surfaces, this paper presented a method which introduced case-based reasoning into the computer-aided design of injection mold parting surface, and the general frame of the method was given. The 3D plastic part model was constructed with feature technique. Simultaneity, feature knowledge library which includes the information of parting surface were built with the index of main shape feature. Combined with the similarity solution procedure, the forward-reasoning method was used to realize automatic design of the mould parting surface. The reasoning method and flow of the parting surface position design was given also. As a result, the quality and the efficiency of mold design are improved.
