摘要
提出压缩空气不仅可以作为工作介质 ,而且可以储存能量作为一种动力源。阐述了常规气动伺服控制系统研究的现状 ,认为以PWM和PCM调制方式为主的开关伺服控制技术仍然是研究的热点。说明了气动系统节能必须重视压缩空气生产、处理、储存、分配与控制等各个环节 ,并需根据具体情况采取合适的节能技术和方法。综述了高压气动系统和元件的研究概况 ,指出高压化是气动系统发展的一个方向。提出绿色气动动力系统 。
Compressed air is not only a work medium, but a kind of power source stored pressure energy. Based on the development situations of the pneumatic servo control technique, the main research was also aimed at the PWM and PCM on-off servo control system. In energy saving pneumatic systems, the investigations needed pay great attention to the corresponding techniques and methods according to the compressed air production, processing, storing, distributing and control units respectively. By summarized the researches and development status of high-pressure pneumatic system and its control elements, the high pressure pneumatic technique will be a trend in the future. According to the power properties of the compressed air, the green pneumatic power systems were put forward, and its prospects were predicted as a good trend.
