摘要
在刀具统一参数表达的基础上,给出了刀具扫描体的显式求解公式和算法,提出了刀具扫描体的分段变步长误差控制策略,已在VisualC++6.0和OpenGL中编程实现,实例表明方法简单,计算效率高,结果可靠。该方法可用于五轴数控加工仿真和虚拟制造中刀具扫描体的计算。
It presents an explicit solution and a method of controlling precision for the s wept volumes of a generalized cutter. The program implementation in Visual C++ a nd OpenGL shows the method is simple and executes rapidly. The result is reliabl e. This process can be adopted in 5-axis NC machining simulation and virtual man ufacturing.
