摘要
根据表面沟槽缺陷的结构、形貌和组成 ,以合金高温氧化性为基础 ,分析并提出了形成这类缺陷的原因 ,即铸件表面的不均匀氧化。
The origination of surface groove, that is the uneven oxidation of casting surface, was analyzed based on oxidation of the alloy at high temperature accroding to the structure, morphology and composition of the defects. It is found that the oxidation tendency can be controlled with uniformly oxidated casting surface
