摘要
针对某型汽轮发电机组启动过程出现的因不平衡引起的振动问题,通过振动信号的现场数据采集与分析技术,采用现场高速动平衡技术,只经一次加重就将不平衡振动控制在合格范围内。关键词:汽轮发电机组;振动故障;
Arm at the problem of vibration which is caused by imbalance appeared in some type turbo-generator set ' s startup process, through vibration signal's field data collection and analysis technology , adopt technology of field high speed dynamic balancing, only after aggravating one time imbalance can be controlled to reasonable value.
