高铬镍钢与Cr60堆焊材料耐蚀性对比研究

摘要 通过纸浆浓缩机螺旋材料Cr60堆焊和高铬镍钢的金相观察,对两种材料的耐蚀性进行了分析探讨,得出碳化物的晶界聚集是导致Cr60堆焊材料快速腐蚀磨损的原因,而固溶处理后的高铬镍钢很好地解决了这个问题,碳化物均匀弥散分布于基体,使材料具有良好的综合性能。 A corrosion resistance comparison between hi-Cr-Ni steel and hi-Cr steel weld-deposited material used for helix of paper pulp decker was conducted by through microstructure observation of two materials.It was found that carbide aggregation at grain boundary area is the reason causing Cr60 steel weld-deposited material to be rapidly eroded, and this problem has been successfully solved by using the hi-Cr-Ni steel having been solution heat treated. As the carbides were distributing uniformly in matrix after solution treatment, the weld-deposited material has excellent combination of properties.
