Past,Present and Future of Rare Earth Cast Irons in China

稀土在铸铁中应用已有50多年历史,中国的应用史亦已超过40年。中国在上世纪60年代开始将稀土应用于球铁、灰铁和蠕铁,并于1965年开始生产和应用等温淬火稀土镁球铁。目前含稀土的球铁仍在中国迅速发展。稀土在铸铁中会有光明的应用前景。

China has began applying the rare earth to gray,nodular,and vermicular irons in the early 1960-ies,and began producing and applying isothermally quenched rare earth-magnesium nodular iron. The history of application of rare earth to cast irons has been of more than 50 years in the world,and also more than 40 years in China.At present, rare earth-containing nodular irons are developing still fast in China.The application of rare earth to cast irons would have bright future.
