摘要 Cr12MoV合金钢轧辊套的材料性能耐磨性好,但其锻造和热处理工艺复杂,要求严格,耗能多,价格昂贵,因而改用稀土镁钒球墨铸铁制造。球铁轧辊套生产工艺简单,成本较低。对这种轧辊套的性能和热处理工艺进行了介绍。 The roller sheaths made of Cr12MoV alloy stamp steel have excellent wear resistance. However their forging and heat treatment process is complicated, it was decided to adopt ductile iron for making the sheaths. The production process of ductile iron sheaths is simple, and their cost is relatively lower. The properties and heat-treatment process of ductile iron sheaths were described.
