摘要 采用ZG270-500和高铬铸铁分别作为锤柄和端部材料生产铸镶锤头。在强度足够的前提下尽量减小锤柄结合部位体积。采用侧冒口补缩,金属液流经冒口进入型腔,减小冒口及冒口颈尺寸,提高工艺出品率。锤头使用寿命是同等工况下高锰钢锤头的3倍以上。 Cast steel and hi-Cr cast iron was adopted respectively as the material of the handle and the head of the hammer. The volume of the junction zone of the handle should be as smaller as possible on the condition that its strength is enough. The foundry method with gating though-side feeder was adopted to reduce dimensions of the feeder and feeder neck so that the process yield could be increased. The service life of this kind of hammer could be more than three times of that of the hi-manganese steel head.
