摘要
用双光束再现全息和移相法相结合的位相测量方法,成功地再现了球面波位相分布,获得1/20周期(2π)的精度.其中,着重研究了关于移相法的各种算法及误差问题,提出了以图形显示、步长反演、连续性判断为一体的误差分析方法,同时确立了五次测量及其相应算法的优越性.
Br using double-beam-holography and phase-shifting-interferometry, the spherical wavefront is successfully retrieved According to the result, the phase-shifting-interferometry is studied. A series of error analysis techniques which consists of image-view, step-retrieval, and continuity-judge are given. Appling these techniques, the best algorithem is selected out from some five algorithems.
