摘要
谐波是影响电力系统电能质量的一个重要因素。电力市场的蓬勃开展给电网谐波的治理提供了新思路,通过电能质量市场的利益激励机制促进谐波污染的治理。谐波电价是开展电能质量市场的基础,实施电能质量市场首先需要解决的一个问题是如何对电能质量污染注入进行合理定价。文中提出综合考虑各次谐波并计及不同节点的谐波畸变约束以及谐波可能导致的电压越限等约束条件的谐波注入边际电价模型,并采用内点法求解。18节点算例表明该模型能达到资源的优化配置,促进谐波污染的治理,证明了该模型和算法的有效性。
Much attention has been paid to harmonics as it is a main factor impacting electric power quality. The flourish of electricity market brings along a new train of thought to the curing of harmonics pollution to power grid that the marginal pricing of harmonics injections can encourage each member of the network to independently act in a way that the harmonics profile of the system is optimized. A marginal pricing model for harmonics injections considering every order of harmonic and the constraints such as harmonics distortion constraint of every node has been put forward in the paper and solved by interior point algorithm. Case study on an 18-bus distribution network reveals the superiority and effectiveness of this model and shows that it can reach the optimum configuration of resources and promote the settlement of harmonics pollutions in power systems.
