摘要 对300MW汽轮机承受高温、高压和频繁启停的部件,包括主汽阀阀壳和高、中压汽缸进行了强度计算及寿命评估。考核了其安全性和蠕变寿命损耗,以及在启停过程中由于交变应力而造成的低周疲劳寿命损耗。 The paper reports on strength calculations and life expectancy calculations performed for 300MW turbine components, which are exposed to high temperature, high pressure and often occurring stop and starts. Included are main stop valve casings and high as well as middle pressure cylinder casings. Operational safety, creep life consumed as well as low cycle fatigue life consumption, caused by alternating stress during turbine starts and stops, are being exemined.
