湛江电厂3号锅炉粗粉分离器的改造

摘要 通过对湛江电厂3号锅炉粗粉分离器加宽挡板宽度,提高挡板重叠度的改造,煤粉细度R90降低至9.0%,煤粉细度调节系数提高0.8,并改善了粗粉分离器的分离特性和制粉系统的整体性能。 By way of increasing the breadth of the coarse particle separator's baffle, and its overlap, of Zhanjiang Power Plant's Boiler No.3, the degree of fineness R90 was improved to 9.0% and the coal pulverizing fineness regulation coefficient increased by 0.8. The separation performance of the coarse particle separator as well as the property of the pulverizing system as a whole was thereby improved.
