电解可脱性微弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗基底动脉动脉瘤

Endovascular Treatment for Basilar Artery Aneurysm with Guglielmi Detachable Coils

目的:总结18例基底动脉动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗的疗效。方法:对18例基底动脉瘤患者采用电解可脱性微弹簧圈栓塞的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:18例均一次栓塞成功,并保持载瘤动脉通畅,12例动脉瘤完全消失,另5例栓塞90％以上,随访3月-2年未见动脉瘤复发。1例半年后行DSA复查见动脉瘤颈扩大,行二次栓塞。结论:电解可脱性微弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗基底动脉动脉瘤是较为安全有效的方法。

Objective: To summary the clinic effect of 18 cases of basilar artery aneurysm treated by embolization of guglielmi detachable coil. Methods: 18 cases of basilar artery aneurysm treated by guglielmi detachable coils were analysised retrospectively. Results: All of the cases were embolized successfully and its parent artery was clear (unobstructed). The aneurysms were completely vanished in 12 cases, 6 cases were partly occluded, one of which was completely occluded in second procudure half year late. Conclusions: Guglielmi detachable coil occlusions is a safe and effective method for treatment of basilar artery aneurysm.
