Problems and Adjustment in College Students' Interpersonal Relation

目的 探讨大学生在人际交往中常见的问题与应对方法 ,促进大学生良好人际关系的建立。方法 对大学生人际关系的特点以及常见的认知偏差进行了分析 ,对如何建立良好人际关系提出了相应的建议。结果 大学生人际关系比较单纯、稳定 ,富有理想色彩 ,认知因素起着主导作用 ,但在认知上常会出现一些偏差。结论 大学生应端正交往动机 ,学习交往艺术 。

Objective To explore the problems and adjustment in college students' interpersonal relation.Methods The features and cognitive errors in college students' interpersonal association were analyzed and the ways of adjustment were put forward.Results College students' interpersonal relation is simple and ideal.Cognitive factors play an important role in the interpersonal association,but there is always a wrong way in cognition.Conclusion College students should have right motive and associating skills and be able to understand each other and show tolerance toward others in order to improve their interpersonal relation.
