我省高校心理健康教育工作中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities

目的 探讨我省高校心理健康教育工作中存在的问题与对策。方法 对高校心理健康教育工作中存在的问题做了分析 ,并提出了相应的对策。结果 高校心理健康教育师资专业技术水平偏低 ,经费不足 ,管理体制不够健全。结论 应加强管理 ,提高认识 ,强化师资队伍建设 。

Objective To explore the problems and countermeasures of the mental health education in colleges and universities in Henan Province.Methods Problems in the mental health education in colleges and universities were analysed and countermeasures were put forward.Results The specialized teachers' technical level is not high.The funds in mental health education are not enough.There is no perfect management mechanism.Conclusion The understanding and management to mental health education must be strengthened and the teachers' competence must be enhanced in order to improve college students' quality.
