摘要
关塘铁矿提升斜井原预计涌水量小于 3 4m3/h ,斜井要穿越较厚的第四系冲积层和流沙层。在井筒掘进过程中 ,关塘铁矿遭遇了几次特大涌水和流沙等危害 ,通过采用注浆堵涌及挤压注浆固沙相结合的方案 ,解决了上部井筒渗水、淋水现象 ,井筒最终出水量小于 10m3/h 。
It’s estimated that the water production rate would not larger than 34m^(3)/h during digging Guantang Iron Mine’s drafting inclined mine, and the inclined shaft should go through the thicker alluvium and flowing sand layer. In course of the construction, Guantang Iron Mine encountered some times specially flow of water and sand. The water seepage of upper shaft is resolved by injecting concrete and pressing it to consolidate the sand at the same time. The final leakage is less than 10m^(3)/h. Therefore the construction is ensured.The shaft goes safely through the layer of soft earth and flowing sand which contains large amount of water.
