对贫困地区货币政策的探析

欠发达地区货币政策落实不能完全到位 ,究其原因 ,主要是货币政策的落实机制不健全。为此 ,要疏通欠发达地区货币政策需做到 :一是推进利率市场化 ;二是调整和改进商业银行信贷政策及管理制度 ;三是改善传导环境 ;四是加快农村信用社体制改革步伐。

The main cause of that the monetary policy can't be carried completely out in the less-developed areas is the mechanism of carring out the monetary policy isn't perfect. In order to open up the monetary policy of the less-developed areas, the first is to promote the marketing of the interest rate; the second is to adjust and improve the credit extending policy and managerial system of the commercial banks; the third is to perfect the conducing environment; the fourth is to speed the pace of the reform of rural credit unions.
