文章通过对电厂锅炉炉顶存在的漏灰、漏风、漏烟问题进行分析 ,提出了采用新的密封材料进行施工 ,并阐述了新材料的性能指标及施工工艺 ,改善了锅炉运行环境 。

Through the analysis on the air leakage, ash leakage and smoke leakage existing on the top of power plant' s boiler, this paper puts forward that the construction can be made by using the new sealing materials, and expounds the performance indexes of the material and the construction techniques, which improves the operation environment of the boiler and increase the efficiency of the boiler.
