摘要
通过对马钢历史发展和企业文化建设的个案研究,旨在说明大凡成功的企业都有自己的企业文化。新时期马钢决策层开始注重运用现代企业文化理论来规范指导马钢企业文化建设,表明马钢的企业文化建设已经由“自发”的状态转变为“自觉”的行动。
From the research the Ma Steel development and her enterprise Culture construction, we can se most of the successful enterprises have their enterprise culture. In the new century, the leaders of Ma Steel begin to concentrate on guiding Ma Steel culture constructino by using mudern enterprise culture theory . It expresses that the construction of Ma Steel enterprise has been to another period.
