摘要
从组织行为学的角度,分析了HM公司2001年组织机构调整的过程,并提出了进一步重组的设想,指出组织结构变革必须要适合企业战略、规模、技术、环境的要求,没有固定的最佳模式,关键在于随机制宜,而且是一个周期性的行为。
This article describes the process of organization adjustments of Blackhorse Company in 2001. It brings forward a further reorganizing proposal from the point of view of Organizing Action Study. It points that reforms in enterprise' s organizations must adapt to the requirements of the strategy, scale, technology and environment. The reforms have no stable or best models, they should in accordance with the actual conditions. Of course, they are also the periodic actions.
