本文比较全面地论述了多种经营战略的利弊,指出相关适度多种经营战略应是企业多种经营战略选择的主流。在目前市场环境下,中国企业应以低度的相关多种经营战略为主。
this article will exam advantages and disadvantages of a variety of marketing strategies, pointing out that the related variety of marketing strategies should be the main selected marketing strategies in the corporation. Within market environment, nowadays, the China' s corporations should choose the worse and a variety of related marketing strategies and put it in the main position.
