运用寿命周期成本(LCC)管理,是上海市电力公司企业发展的战略举措,通过对国际上主要国家进行LCC管理的公司进行追踪、搜索,以及前期咨询,收集并介绍了这些公司在LCC管理方面的主要工作、特点和经验;分析了国外各公司在LCC技术方面的最新进展,还介绍了这些公司针对上海电力系统开展LCC管理工作提出应注意的问题和若干建议。

Making use of life cycle cost (LCC) management can be looked upon as a strategic measure adopted by the Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company for the development of the enterprise.By contacting the overseas companies in the major nations engaging in LCC management in the forms of tracing,retrieval and preliminary stage consultation much data concerning the main work,characteristics and experience of the LCC management of these companies were collected and recommended,analyzing at the same time the new developments abroad in the realm of LCC technique.The possible problems that we should pay attention to during the propagation of LCC management in Shanghai Power Grid suggested by some of these companies together with their other suggestions were also introduced.
