69株肺炎链球菌的体外抗菌药物活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨医院内肺炎链球菌分离株对青霉素等抗菌药物的体外活性,为临床治疗肺炎链球菌感染及研究细菌耐药性提供参考。方法研究我院2002年11月~2004年2月从临床标本分离的69株肺炎链球菌,用法国BIOMERIEUX公司的ATBSTREP5测定其对11种抗菌药物的活性。结果检出青霉素敏感(MIC≤0.063mg/L)株占58%,低耐青霉素(MIC0.125~1mg/L)株占36%,高耐青霉素(MIC≥2mg/L)肺炎链球菌株占6%。肺炎链球菌对红霉素、复方新诺明、四环素耐药率在60%以上,对万古霉素、阿莫西林耐药率为0.0%。结论肺炎链球菌对青霉素的耐药性以低度耐药为主,对红霉素、四环素、复方磺胺类耐药性高。 Object To investigate the in vitro activities of penicillin etc. against Streptococcus pneumoniae isolates and provide the basis for infection and resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae. Methods Activities of eleven antibiotics against 69 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae isolated from clinical samples were detected during Nov. 2002 to Feb. 2004 by using ATBSTREP5 strips. Results Antibiotics susceptibility test were showed that 58% of Streptococcus pneumoniae were sensitive to penicillin(MIC≤0.063mg/L)(PSSP), 36% were intermediaten(MIC≤0.125mg/L)(PISP), and only 6% were resistant (MIC≥2mg/L)(PRSP). The resistance rates of Streptococcus pneumoniae to erythromycin, trimeth-sulfa and tetracycline were over 60% and the resistance rates to vancomycin, amoxicillin were 0.0%. Conclusions The resistances of Streptococcus pneumoniae to erythromycin, tetracycline trimeth-sulfa are high, and the resistance to penicillin is PISP strains produced in low degree .
