近日记者在安徽的短暂采访,有一个感受:在目前通信监管受到种种制约的情况下,如果监管机构能够针对电信市场实际,从行业的发展出发,从电信用户的利益出发,与企业"同唱一首歌",那么监管机构的权威、监管的效果还是大不一样的。

After a short-time interview in Anhui, I have a deep impression of the telecom regulation there. At present, regulation in telecom industry always is restricted in its implement. In that condition, our regulation department should be harmonious with telecom enterprises according to local telecom market and industry development. Also the customers must benefit from the regulation. Then the authority of telecom administration and the effect of telecom regulation will both be enhanced.
