摘要
本文系统研究了热处理对具有Ni、SiC、SiC-Ni双涂层的碳纤维机械性能的影响。结果表明,碳纤维拉伸强度随SiC涂层厚度增加而提高,涂SiC碳纤维断裂方式为纤维拔出型。经热处理后涂SiC碳纤维性能不下降。涂SiC-Ni碳纤维随热处理时间延长而缓慢下降,涂Ni碳纤维性能下降最快。分析了碳纤维性能下降的原因及碳纤维在不同条件下的断裂机制。
Systematic study has been made on the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of carbon fibre with Ni coating, SiC coating and SiC-Ni duplex coating. It is shown that tensile strength of the fibre increases with the increasing of thickness of SiC coating. The fracture way of the fibre coated with SiC is pull-out. The strength of SiC-coated fibre does not decrease after heat treatment. The strength of SiC-Ni-coated fibre decreases slowly during heat treatment. The strength of Ni-coated fibre decreases quickly.The reason that the strength of the fibre decreases and fracture mechanism of the coated fibre are analysed.
