摘要
本文从轮胎内部材料微结构出发,建立三维分析模型,考虑轮胎大位移引起的几何非线性,轮胎各部位材料的物理非线性和拉压不同模量,考虑了轮胎与地面接触区域的可动性,通过一参数来提高预测接触区域的准确性,并用白光散斑干涉计量技术测定轮胎表面的大位移场,结果表明计算与实验结果是吻合的。
Based on the micro-structure of materials in a tire, a 3D analysis model is presented in this paper. Geometrically nonlinear behavior resulted from large displacement, physically nonlinear behavior and bi-modulus of materials of various parts of the tire are considered. For changeable contact field with road, a parameter is used to improve the accuracy of hypothetical contact field. The incandescent Light Spectra Technique is used to measuer the surface displacement field of the tire, a comparison of theoretical and experimental results show a good agreement.
