摘要
用差热分析的方法研究了各种促进剂对二氨基二苯矾(DDS)固化环氧618树脂体系的促进作用,选定了两种具有协同效应的给质子体物质作为促进剂,可使体系在中温(130℃)较快地固化。应用回归正交设计法对树脂基体各组分配比进行优化试验,所得回归方程可信度均超过95%。计算机按回归方程所画等值线图直观地反映了各组分配比对树脂基体材料性能的影响规律。利用计算机逐步搜寻法,确定了组分的最优配比,按此配比所得树脂基体具有优良的综合性能。
Using Differential Scanning Claorimeter, the accelerating effects of several accelerators on 4,4 Diaminodiphenyl Sulphone (DDS) are studied. Two electron-withdrawing compounds which have synergistic effect on the curing reaction of the resin system are utilized to cure it quickly at moderate temperature.After that, the orthogonal-regression optional design is applied to optimize formulations of the resin. The reliabilities of the resulted regression equations surpass 95 percent. And the curves plotted according to the regression equations by computer visually demonstrate the relationship between the formulations and properties of the resin. Finally, the optimum formulation which has excellent comprehensive properties is searched out with the assistance of computer.
