摘要
本文采用高温塑性流变摩擦磨损试验方法,研究了 WC-钢复合材料高温塑性流变磨损的特性.用扫描电镜观察了试验前后的金相组织和试样表面的磨痕形貌及其亚表层的组织结构.结果表明,WC-钢复合材料的高温塑性流变磨损抗力是5CrNiMo 模具钢的10倍.其高温塑性流变磨损特点主要是 WC 粒脱落和磨粒磨损.
The behaviour of high temperature plastic flow wear of WC- steel composite material by using the methods of high temperature plastic flow friction and wear test,has been investgated in this paper.The struc- ture,feature of worn surface and subsurface structure after test have been observed by means of SEM.The resuhs show that the high temperature plastic flow wear resistance of WC-steel composite material is nine times more than that of 5CrNiMo die steel.The behaviour of high temperature plastic flow wear of WC-steel composite material behaves mainly the sepa- ration of WC particles and abrasive grain wear.
