预应力法调整纤维-铝合金胶接层板的残余应力

MODIFYING RESIDUAL STRESSES IN ARALL LAMINATES BY PRESTRESSING

本文采用预应力法调整了纤维-铝合金胶接层板的残余应力;分析了层板的预应力、层间残余应力和温度之间的关系并给出了表达式;用应变片法测量了层板中铝层的残余应力;讨论了预应力与层板主要力学性能的关系。

Tensile stress was applied to the fiber prepreg to modify the residual stresses in ARALL during curing.The residual stresses in'as cured' and prestressd ARALL were analysed, and the relationships between residual stress and prestress at different temperatures were given.The residual stresses were measured by means of strain gauges.The influences of prestress on tensile and fatigue properties of ARALL were also studied.
