表面承载和液体滞留性能评价参数的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在重新划分Abbott Firestone曲线的基础上 ,引入表面承载指数、核心区液体滞留指数和谷底液体滞留指数三个参数 ,用来评价表面承载性能和储油性能 ,同时通过试验找到三个评价指数的变化规律 ,证明比其它评价方法具有更明确的物理意义。 Based on re-classification of Abbott-Firestone curve, surface bearing index, core fluid retention index and valley fluid retention index were introduced to evaluate the bearing capability and lubricant retention property of a machined surface. The changing tendency of these indexes was made clear through experiments. It shows that physical properties of this method are more clear than that of other methods.
