快速铸轧变形过程有限元模拟

Deformation Simulation of High-speed Roll Casting with Finite Element Method

摘要 在弹塑性有限变形理论基础上,对快速铸轧塑性变形仿真建模进行了研究。应用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS为平台,并对软件进行了二次开发,得到用户分析程序。计算结果与实测数据相符,从而验证了模型与程序的正确性。研究结果表明,难以实现热力耦合的问题可以用准耦合的方式解决。 The research of high-speed roll casting plastic deformation simulating are reached on the basis of the elastic-plastic deformation theory. The user program is get on the basis of the general FEM software package ANSYS and developed it. The validity of the model and the program is verified by the agreements of the calculating results with the experiment. It can be seen from result of the research that the problem hard to be solved with the method of coupling between the fields can be solved with so-called coupling between fields method.
