Call testing is an effective method for telecommunication operators to monitor and evaluate their network. Comparedwith manual call testing, automatic call testing has more advantages. In the following sections, the automatic call testingsystem for CRC’s telephone network was introduced, including the key technology and strategy. Nowadays, the AutomaticCall Test System has been used widely in many CRC’s branches.
