摘要
通过对DG按钮套零件的拉伸工艺进行分析 ,确定了该零件冲压工艺流程 ,同时对模具结构、模具工作过程和模具关键零件的设计要点进行了介绍。
Through the analysis of the drawing technology for forming the DG button caps, the stamping process flow has been determined. The structure and working process of the die for drawing the part and the main points for designing the key components of the die are introduced.
