在详细分析弹性钢卡零件工艺特点的基础上 ,确定了零件的排样方案 ,设计了1副使用活动成形块进行弯曲的多工位级进模 ,保证了零件的精度 ,提高了生产效率。
Based on the detailed analysis of the technological property of the elastic steel clip, the layout design of the clip has been determined. A progressive die with a movable forming block for bending the clip has been designed, which ensured the precision of the clip and increased the production efficiency.
