摘要
根据盒形塑件相互垂直侧面都有通孔的结构特点及使用要求 ,从结构分析入手 ,对多种模具设计方案进行比较 ,经优化选择设计为哈夫式内抽芯注射模。实践证明 ,该模具设计合理 ,结构紧凑 ,动作可靠 ,使用效果良好。
According to the structure characteristics of the box-shaped plastic part that there is a through hole in each side wall and the requirement for using this part that draft is not permitted inside the 4 walls, and through the analysis of the plastic part structure, several designs of the mould are compared. The design of the injection mould with half-type cavity plates and inner core pulling structure is selected. Practices show that the design of the mould is reasonable, the structure compact, the operation reliable and the using result good.
