摘要
介绍了大批量定制生产模式的概念和分类 ,阐述了大批量定制的市场定位 ,认为从总的趋势来看 ,采用大批量生产和按订单研制的市场策略的企业在逐渐减少 ,而追求多品种小批量和大批量定制策略的企业在日益增加。分析了大批量定制生产需要的主要能力和关键技术。以文献研究为基础 ,总结了大批量定制生产模式的国内外研究现状 ,讨论了大批量定制研究中亟待解决的主要问题 ,认为大批量定制将与其他生产模式长期共存 。
Conception and classification of mass customization were introduced. The products and customer locations for mass customization market were illuminated. In general, the needs for both mass production and research to order are decreasing whereas the needs for both small batch variation and mass customization are increasing. Main capacities and key technologies for mass customization production were analyzed. The current situation of mass customization production mode both at home and abroad was summarized. Several major problems for mass customization investigation and realization were discussed. For a long period, the mass customization will co-exist with other production modes. Fundamental principles and methods of mass customization can be widely used.
