Study on an Internet-based STEP Data Exchange System Framework

以动态联盟为基础的网络制造已成为下一代制造的主要模式。但由于联盟成员的独立性、动态性及地域分散性 ,导致其实现上有不少困难 ,其中如何保证产品数据的集成、共享以及实现异地盟员间的交流成为主要的问题。认为建立基于Internet/Intranet的STEP数据转换系统是解决上述问题的好方法。提出了基于Internet/Intranet的STEP数据转换系统的框架模型 ,讨论了实现系统的关键技术 ,建立了实现该系统的关键模型 ,并进行部分实验 。

This paper presented an Internet-based STEP data exchange system which is a good tool to resolve problems in virtual enterprises. The framework, key technologies and main configuration of prototype system were discussed in the same time, and the core module was set up. By experiments, the conclusions prove that this system is feasible.
