鸡冠石污水处理厂进水泵房模型试验与设计优化

摘要 通过大型城市污水泵房水力模型,进行集水池的流态观察和流场测试,管路的水力损失试验,抗吸气性能试验,集水池、出水井的浪涌试验,组合开泵运行性能试验等,提出了污水处理厂进水泵房设计的优化措施。使运行更稳定,流态更合理,并进行了优化方案的验证。在水泵组合运行时增加了流量,提高了效率。 For the large size inlet pumping station of Jiguanshi Wastewater Treatment Plant in Chongqing City, hydraulic model experiment is conducted to find the necessary knowledge for optimal design. The stream pattern and the flow-field at the fore bay are observed and tested, and the head loss and anti-breathing feature of the pipeline are examined. Meanwhile the surge experiments are done for both the fore and discharge bays, also the starting test of collected pumping assemblies as well. All these experimental results are helpful for a optimal design to get stable operation and reliable stream more and more of this pumping station. This optimal design program has been proved and higher operation benefit with increased flow of the collected pumping assemblies has been obtained.
