Balo病同心圆硬化的MRI研究

MRI diagnosis of Balo's disease

目的 :探讨Balo病同心圆硬化的MRI特征及其诊断价值。方法 :报告 2例Balo病同心圆性硬化患者的MRI表现 ,均经激素治疗临床症状好转后行MRI复查。结果 :2例T1WI和T2 WI均较好地显示出本病的同心圆结构特征 ,增强扫描时可见其病灶呈同心圆样索条状强化 ;经激素治疗后 ,病灶缩小且增强扫描无强化表现。结论 :Balo病同心圆性硬化的MRI及其增强扫描具有特征性表现 ,可作为本病生前诊断的主要方法 ,并可用于疗效的观察。

Objective:To discuss the MRI features and MRI's value on the diagnosis of Balo's concentric sclerosis.Methods:We report the MRI manifestations of two cases with Balo's concentric sclerosis,all treated with steroid and after the clinical symptoms alleviated, performed the MRI examination.Results:All two cases present concentric features on T 1WI and T 2WI images, with concentric enhancement. After steroid treatment, the focuses became smaller and with no apparent enhancement.Conclusion:Balo's concentric sclerosis has specific MRI and enhancement features, MRI can be used as a main method for the diagnosis of the disease and to evaluate the treat effect.
