脉冲埋弧焊工艺研究及焊缝熔深特征 被引量:8

摘要 针对埋弧焊HAZ粗晶区晶粒粗大、韧性指标低、提高焊速后成形变差等缺点 ,提出了一种采用直流脉冲电流的埋弧焊工艺 ,简要介绍了以单片机为核心的脉冲电流控制器的原理。利用正交试验设计法设计并进行了试验 ,研究了脉冲诸参数对焊缝成形的影响 ;试验表明 。 For the disadvantages such as grains coarsening in HAZ, lower notch toughness and the bad bead shape when using higher welding speed in SAW, this paper put forwarded a new pulsed current submerged arc welding technique, also present the brief principle of the MCU cored pulse controller. A lot of experiments were designed and finished with the help of orthogonal means. We searched the effects of pulse parameters on the welds shaping. The result indicated that the pulsed submerged arc welding could obtain greater penetration.
