可编程控制器PLC在铜铝管对焊机中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 铜铝管焊接的关键是对焊接参数的控制 ,原控制系统采用时间继电器控制。控制精度、稳定性、可靠性等性能指标已不能满足要求。为此采用了可编程序控制器 (PLC) ,通过编写程序进行控制。实践证明 ,这种控制系统可大大提高焊机的性能 ,并具有预调谐和显示功能。 The key of Cu-Al pipe welding is to control all parameters, which were controlled in the welding process by time-relays in the original control system. The control precision, stability, reliability and other performances of above control method have been unsatisfied. To improve the butt resistance welder, all the time-relays are replaced by PLC. The functions of adjusting and displaying parameters beforehand increase the technology level of the butt resistance welder. The improved Cu-Al pipe butt resistance welder is satisfied very well and achieves advanced level of the same kinds of welder over the word.
