笔者为某工程审查了 1 0余个制造厂家的 30 0余份焊接工艺评定 ,发现在执行JB4 70 8— 2 0 0 0标准过程中的问题。分别从标准适用范围、相关术语、试件与焊件、焊后热处理、焊接材料、预热与层间温度、焊接线能量、试件检验与结果评价和焊接工艺评定管理等方面 ,结合典型问题 ,用标准规定进行分析。

More than 300 qualification of welding procedure in about 10 manufacturers were audited,same problems were found when executed the JB4708—2000 standard.The typical problems were analyzed and explained by using standard code.The relevant range includes applicability of the standard,related nomenclature,sample & weldment,postweld heat treatment,welding materials,preheating & interpass temperature,weld heat input,sample inspection & resulting evaluation and manage about qualification of welding procedure,etc.
